Reducing the costs and energy used for heat pumps
Heat pumps are becoming a great alternative to the expensive oil and gas furnaces in private homes. However heat pumps are limited in their ability to automatically adjust temperatures when for example the weather changes. This has been a focal point in Peter Gjøl Jensen’s project CEDAR where he is examining how to significantly reduce costs and energy used for heat pumps.
